Early Access Program
Connecting patients with innovative treatments before approval.
For patients facing serious or life-threatening conditions with limited treatment options, waiting for full marketing authorisation is not always possible. Our Early Access Program provides a controlled, ethical pathway for eligible patients to receive promising therapies before they are commercially available.

What Is an Early Access Program?
An Early Access Program (also known as a compassionate use or named-patient program) allows physicians to request investigational or not-yet-reimbursed medicines for individual patients with a high unmet medical need, in full compliance with local regulations.
How It Works
We manage each request end to end, working closely with treating physicians, manufacturers and regulatory authorities:
- A treating physician identifies an eligible patient and submits a request
- We coordinate the required regulatory and ethical approvals
- The therapy is sourced, imported and delivered under controlled conditions
- Safety is monitored throughout via our pharmacovigilance system
Eligibility & Contact
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to clinical need and applicable regulation. Healthcare professionals can contact our medical team to discuss a potential early access request at any time.
